5x7 oil on linen panel. This cactus has been painted many times, right from the back patio of my home in the Rio Verde Foothills in Arizona. The 4 Peaks Ranch is just behind my property (a cattle and roping/barrel horse training/riding ranch), and this view is facing my neighbor's smaller lot of 15 acres. I believe I may have the honor of being the first painter in Arizona to share a locaiton here. Come on down, pardner!
