Cafe Appalachia has just appeared on my radar, and I love it! Being relatively new to the area, I am not as familiar with interesting spots as some friends who suggested meeting here . Not only can one enjoy a good meal, but a great spot Is provided for plein air painting as well. The restaurant is a social enterprise of Pollen8, a nonprofit organization that creates social programs for families impacted by West Virginia’s drug epidemic.
