Blackwater Falls State Park in WV is a plein air painter’s dream. Next time, I hope to have a backpack for carrying my art gear. Climbing to steep overlooks is grueling If one hand carries equipment. I can’t say that my first painting of the falls was satisfactory, but in this gorgeous setting, how could I complain?
