A wonderful place that my dog and I found on our walks. Sadly, I am unsure as to whether this very old part of the Sintra forest still exists. There was a big forest fire around here a while ago, and I have not been there since to check.
P.S. Matilda is not in the painting just because the painting is for a friend and she asked for it to be sans ma cherie.
