Watercolour en plein air. Walked from Limekilns, through Charlestown to the field opposite the local cricket club. A place I frequent on my sketchwalks. My sketch was done leaning on the wall by the field. Oddly, poppies like these don't pop up every year. My routine is to sketch until the need for coffee becomes too great, then find a coffee shop. There are a few choices within walking distance.
