OUTGOING TIDE

Painted with Sennelier Aqua-mini on 6x9 Bee Paper Company Aquarelle. Completed Plein Air from our anchored boat in Jones River (part of Annisquam River), Gloucester, Massachusetts, USA.July 31, 2023. Sketching and painting time was 37 minutes. We needed to pull up the anchor and move because of the outgoing tide and we did not want to become stranded. The scene painted was facing Long Wharf Landing.
