I am intrigued by expressive faces, from both humans and animals. Therefore my artistic focus lies on figurative portraiture. My paintings feature a colourful, realistic style and are often inspired by my interest in Africa and my stays in Tanzania.
In my drawings I also use a realistic approach and often use them as pre-stages to subsequent paintings
