Mimi Sheiner works in graphic design and painting. She is concerned with understanding and portraying the experience of seeing. Sheiner currently teaches Design at San Francisco State University and Drawing at The University of San Francisco. Her work has been exhibited at The de Young Museum in San Francisco, The Pacific Design Center in Pasadena, Manifest Gallery in Cincinnati, and The Richmond Art Center in Richmond, CA, among other venues. Mimi Sheiner holds an MA in Art from The University of San Francisco and studied Architecture at Cornell University as an undergraduate.
